Don't Shop There!

O'Reilly Auto Parts recently told my husband and myself that they will price match any advertised price, including online prices if we print them out and bring them to the store. This morning, my husband made a trip to O'Reilly to purchase some oil that he'd found on sale at Advance Auto, but which was out of stock in the Advance Auto stores. O'Reilly Auto Parts refused to honor their price match guarantee.

It appears that O'Reilly only tells customers they will price match in hopes of getting more people to buy from them, but they aren't really committed to honoring what they promise. They care nothing about customer relations.
