I knew it!

I recently posted about a problem we had with O'Reilly Auto Parts. After the experience, I emailed the corporate office for O'Reilly. I just received a response to my complaint. They said that, no matter what the special was, they should've honored the price match up to two full cases of the oil.

I think I'll print the ad out and the response from their corporate and go stock up on oil tonight. lol
