Now THIS I can do!

I was just reading about a new way to lose weight. Since I'm always looking for new ideas, I took real interest when I saw the name of this new diet plan. This new plan is called the Cheat to Lose Diet.

With the Cheat to Lose plan, I get to use my body, hormones and all, to my advantage. I stick to a healthy diet, but get to have cheat days. On the cheat days, I get to eat things like birthday cake and ice cream.

I've heard before that the best way to beat a plateau when you're trying to lose weight is to cheat and then start again. Basically this diet follows the same rule.

I'm going to give it a shot and see how well it helps me!
