I haven't thought about it that much, but I just realized something. There are so many people out there that are out of work and searching for a job. It doesn't seem like there are nearly enough jobs available for all the people that are looking. So why is it that company headhunters have such a hard time finding the perfect employees for the positions they need to fill?
As hard as it is for potential employees to find a job, it's even harder for the headhunters to find the right employee. Perhaps it's because there are so many people looking for the same position, Or maybe the right person isn't looking for a job at that particular moment. It's so hard for the headhunters to find the right employee in some cases.
A.E. Feldman Associates specializes in recruiting employees for positions ranging from communications to management. It might not be the easiest job, but they've been successful at it since 1967.
