With everything that has been going on in the last five weeks, I am absolutely exhausted. We've had three birthdays, complete with parties. We got the dog. I've had two speeches, two essays, a math project, and a math midterm. And through it all, I've had to keep up with my already extensive list of responsibilities.
I guess, looking at it all, it is completely understandable that I am so tired. That's why I decided to take a mental health day today. I'm resting as much as possible, playing games with the kids, and just trying to take a breather. This break has been needed for some time now, and it feels good to just give in!
