Snow in the D.C. Area

We were told yesterday that the D.C. area has received the biggest snowstorm it has ever seen. As my hubby's aunt, who lives not far from D.C. told us, "Somebody who was wishing for a white Christmas has really gotten what they asked for!" I wish that someone would send a little of that snow down to Georgia. I was really hoping we'd have the chance to give the kids a white Christmas this year. We're supposed to get precipitation, but in the form of rain on Christmas Eve. We're look at partly cloudy and a high around 50 for Christmas day. So much for our chances of having a white Christmas.

I just hope we can get a little snow at some point this winter...
